I reached out to Ben Blumenthal by email hoping to meet with him and gain some insights about office space. I am a first year undergraduate student at Northwestern University and I am currently working on a research project related to office space. Ben was super nice to give up fifteen minutes of his day to meet with me and teach me a little bit about the market and what he does. His depth of knowledge was clearly evident. He was so genuine, and from my experience, not many people are willing to take time out of their day to meet with an undergraduate student looking for guidance. Definitely, somebody I would want to do business with.
