Truly the most horrifying property management company Ive ever lived under. Filthy common spaces, broken furniture and zero communication, even when making requests over a 5 months period. Stay away from them at all costs.

I wish I can give ZERO stars! Please please do yourself a favor and AVOID renting from or dealing with HUBB NYC! By far, this is the worst management company ever. Dont let the fake reviews fool you. Dealing with the property managers Jennifer and Mitchell is a nightmare. Youll not be able to get in touch with anyone that solves any issue. RUN RUN RUN before you get stuck paying for an overpriced apartment and a very poorly maintained buildings.

Had a great time leaving in one of the HUBB NYC buildings and a special comment on the staff of the building they really make all maintenance or improvement work to go by without any hastle. Special kudos for Johnny, Wakii and George, all great people, able to handle everything very professional y and yet friendly. Thank you guys for making everything easier.

I stayed in one of the Hubb properties in Midtown for about 7 months and the building management and support team were always helpful and responsive. I had to break my lease before expiry and they were understanding and helped transfer my lease to a new tenant.

Terrible property management. Steer clear if at all possible. They do not care for the well-being of their tenants. Poor communication, slow to answer maintenance requests, building hallways are constantly dirty, garbage overflows in garbage room, you get the idea. We were without cooking gas for four months while Hubb was deciding to change to electric. Took HUBB two months to reach out to our building to give us a timeline for repairs. We had to cook all our meals on a hot plate and had a giant hole in our kitchen where they removed the oven. They then put our new oven in the middle of our apartment for a week (pic attached). A 10% reduction in our $3000/month rent was all they offered. Two weeks of construction workers in our unit kicking up dust and putting holes in our ceiling that still have not been patched. DO NOT rent from this company. The Senior Property Manager Mitchell Goldman is incredibly frustrating to communicate with and is shifty. Do yourself a favor and rent from someone else.
