rude, we went to get 1 coffee at 02:24 and they did not attend us when they closed at 2:30 very bad service. rude and unpunctual. today they said they opened at 7:00 and it was 8:30 and it was closed

They are always running out of items. They didn't have oatmeal for like a week. They run out of the snacks like sweet potato chips or yogurt all the time

1st time trying Starbucks.I'm not really a Starbucks person But today my friend took me there. We ordered the popular pink drink It was so delicious. I heard a lot about it.

I ordered my white chocolate mocha and chocolate croissant. The employee that cashed me was a nice lady. Then when the baristas called out drink name instead of my name then I waited while a whole group of women were served and left and there was a Caucasian man who came and was quickly asked if he needed help. 3 Caucasian employees ignored me and didnt give me my croissant while standing in a circle conversating. Ten minutes passed and I finally went back to the Afro American woman that cashed me and she stepped away from the register to hand me my croissant that was now cold and had been sitting there not handed or even called out. LIVID!!!!! I was the only black person in the store aside from this cashier and you could tell.

It was a real pleasure to visit this coffee shop. I am extremely impressed with how well they treated their clients without any complaints at all.
