        Its pretty good. Ive been buying from Duncan for about 15 years. So yeah I enjoy their food.

        Croissant was burnt. The clerk handing out orders dropped my receipt, as she handed it to me. She turned and kept going. Luckily, I was able to retrieve it without losing my hot beverage. 3/18/2022 I asked for a frozen chai with 2 pumps of caramel. My receipt said iced chai. I pointed this out, the lady and I go back and forth. She talks to the man and I walk out with a WHITE beverage, Vanilla spice (after she adjusted for the caramel that she forgot). Chai is BROWN. A frozen chai with no flavor syrup is BROWN. I just need to go somewhere else. The convenience does not make up for the service. The corporation or family that operates in Harlem just gives you anything at their stores.

        Stopped in around 2:30 PM and grabbed three donuts: sugar, glazed, and chocolate dip. All three were super fresh and the staff was fast and friendly. Glad I stopped in!
