        we arrived at the shop very early, there was nobody else there we ask for 1 crme latte and 1caramel latte and then we ask the price. we didnt understand what the employee had said so, we ask again and they scream at us (keep in mind we are minors). then, when we get our drinks, we got two caramel lattes instead of 1 crme latte and 1caramel latte. so we ask them to replace one of the caramel lattes with a cream one, they acted so annoyed at us AND they replace the caramel lattes with a espresso with no cream!
