        Ive always had an exceptional experience at every Calzedonia location Ive ever been to (NY and NJ). All of them, except for this one. Clarissa was rude AND unhelpful. She accused me of lying and refused to return 2 pairs of UNWORN tights of the same style that ripped. There was no manager on site to escalate the issue and I was told I would have to return on Monday to speak to one. How can you operate a store without proper management? Especially with poorly trained employees. Calzedonia should stand by their products. Clarissa needs better training in customer service and EQ. I dont recall the other sales associates name, but she had a much kinder demeanor and apparently was not at her regular location that day. Skip this location entirely. Its tiny, and if Clarissa is any representation of the typical quality of service here, definitely go elsewhere. I shouldnt be furious when I leave a store I spend thousands at yearly just because an employee with a smug attitude dismisses customers. She gave off arrogant manager vibes without the actual title. FUNNY.
