        I've been to the other Chanel locations in NY but this location TOPS them all. The staff was welcoming and so was the store manager Akta. They assisted me with my purchases and answered all my questions.

        The manager here Tracy Morgan is not willing To help you, she speaks to you with so much attitude and is very disrespectful and even hangs up on you, not there to help at all! She made my experience at this Chanel a horror Ill never be coming to this store again! Learn how to speak to clients especially when they are in need of help!!!! Smh.
