Buy with extreme caution at Loewe store locations. Store accepts exchanges in person at the New York store only. So, if you live in another state and want to exchange, you will have to fly back to NYC within 30 days to exchange. Loewe will not accommodate any exchanges via mail. Additionally, the stores do not pick up or answer their phones. Poor customer service.

I didnt mind waiting outside for a sales associate, the wait was less than 3 minutes. Inside I had the most beautiful conversation about the history of the brand with one of the sales associates. I apologize for forgetting your name you deserve credit! Loewe is a great luxury brand and I will continue to support them.

Went with fingers crossed to see if they had the on clouds in my size. Waited outside for like 20 minutes and then was helped by Ashley. Ashley was attentive and amazing and even shipped my shoes home for me. She is awesome! Great SA and great ambassador for the brand. I cant wait to visit again. Thanks

This is the antithesis of a luxury experience. Ive been a big Loewe & JW fan a repeat customer, multiple categories, but the attitude and velvet rope situation ON A WEEKDAY where the store is nearly empty is a huge turn off. Do better.
