Customer service is top notch here, I've never felt so seen, attended to, and just overall friendly, helpful, and happy to see others happy- people. They never tried to upsell me and just there to answer your questions and be at my own pace

I went this afternoon to buy a coat for my daughters. Almost 2k I spend in that store and it was such a shame that the workers wearing such a small best they look like traffic police when company like Canada goose makes a millions a dollars and they can give to is employees a jacket to wearing is this cool water..!!!come one Canada goose treat your employees with love give them a better jackets those employees who are make you millions dollars in profit !!!!! Hope next time I go shopping you give them better jackets to then they deserve itis not the employees is the company are so cheep.

While I visited this store a couple of times, Ive had good customer service experiences until I had an experience with the manager, Vincent. Vincent was very impolite, inconsiderate, and rude. When I attempted to exchange a jacket, Vincent refused to exchange the item. Without asking any questions, he made the assumption that the jacket was worn and refused to be solutions oriented. He immediately said that he cannot accept the exchange, and that I should go back to the store I had originally purchased it from. He was inconsiderate of the fact that I had to continuously travel from New Jersey to New York. If you are considering to buy any products from Canada goose, I highly suggest going to their other locations to experience better customer service.

This Canada Goose shop over here on Wooster is simply the best. All the Associates are super nice and helpful with whatever you need. Vincent was extremely helpful in assisting me with my picks. Thank you to all over here at Wooster, Ill be back ;)
