        Went in to try on shirts in hope of buying 3-5 shirts for the holidays. My daughter asked to use the rest room and they refused to let her use one because it was company policy- really????? So, we left!, very disappointing in this day and age!

        placed an order over the phone sunday night (11/24) and the rep said i'd get my order by friday. i asked her several times if she was sure because i needed the shirt for saturday. shipment is delayed due to the holiday...awesome. i should have insisted she write up a new order and paid the extra $8 for the next shipping option or just placed the order online.
