Overall negative experience. The process was questionable (all else equal I’d recommend a PT over a chiro for the issues he treats). It was made worse when the doctor didn’t correspond with my insurer so that I can be reimbursed for the visit. While he doesn’t process the insurance directly he should be made available for reimbursements.

Because of the neck and back pain, I have been to several different doctors since I was young. However, the pain did not improve. So my friend of mine, recommended me this place. After I went to see Dr. Kang and received treatment, my symptoms of dizziness, throat pain and also back pain improved. Overall, the doctor treated me kindly and also I felt really comfortable and relaxed.

Kang Corrective was a pleasant surprise. I was having terrible neck and back pains for two days and was trying everything I could to find relief. I came across Kang Corrective after A muscle therapy session. I was hoping to get adjusted and then call it a day. Kang Corrective doesn't just do adjustments but also offers spinal correction without surgery. I had a pricey consultation which included x-rays of my spine and neck. This was necessary to just get a gauge on how poor my posture was, turns out my headaches are caused from my neck leaning too far forward which causes my neck muscles to tighten up and make my head feel like it's 20+ pounds rather than 8 pounds. My neck immediately started feeling less strain as soon as I was in a proper posture. I'll  be starting this journey with Kang Corrective To correct my posture and hopefully get rid of my migraines for good. I love how professional Christian was. He was very informative and made me feel extremely comfortable. I'm excited to see how the next few visits go. The downside is that the bathroom is not located in the office. It's a shared restroom with a full floor of offices.

I have been going to Kang Corrective Chiropractic for around a year. Christian and Damien provide a very high level of patient care and responsiveness. I recommend them for any back or neck issues.
