I highly recommend Cruz Chiropractic Wellness! Regular adjustments have made a huge difference in my ability to manage my chronic migraines. Ashley is a pleasure to work with. Not only is she is extremally attentive and kind, she is passionate about her practice and is always looking to incorporate new tools and techniques.

Dr. Cruz is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and professional. Her office is clean and neat with a warm feel. She follows Covid19 guidelines which creates a safe and healthy environment. Scheduling an appointment is super easy. I recommend Dr. Cruz if youd like an outstanding experience!

Dr Cruz was really wonderful. knowledgeable and very gentle. i left my appointment not only feeling better but also having learned so much about my muscles and how they move. Her space is super clean and inviting - am so looking forward to my follow up :)
