        Restrooms are permanently closed. A four story store with restrooms in it but closed to the public in NYC? Bad bad idea. Plus the checkout is SO long so youll definitely need to go.

        Why are there no coats...at Burlington Coat Factory? I went looking for trench coats, spring jackets, etc and nothing. It use to be a great store to shop at, but nowadays, looks like a thrift store. 2 cashiers and long lines. They need to hire more cashiers.
