Wingstop

I gave one star, but even that was too much for the location on Broadway between 101 & 102nd Street. Really bad. Yesterday11/8/2022, I went to Wingstop waited over 20 minutes the female cashier told me 7 minutes. I told her what I wanted 3x. When I looked in my bag at work, I only had 1/2 the order. Ileana seems to be the one that works and the only one I saw using gloves. The other young lady is horrible needs to pay attention to the orders given. This lady took my order on three different days. I will not be going to that location again. Not a good look for your company.

While they did accidentally mess up our order, the staff went above and beyond to correct it. The man answering the phone tonight (Tuesday, Nov. 8), was kind & compassionate when correcting the mistake. Because of how they handled the situation and the staff who took part in that, Im giving it 5 stars. Great set of staff here!!

One star because _ the wings were dry _ the sauce was practically non-existent _ the blue cheese dip was watery and flavorless _ the French Fries were old and cold _ the French Fries had salt and sugar (!!!!) on them. Ive never been to a Wingstop before so I dont know if this is their regular recipe, but wtaf? _ there were three people there and all of them at some point had contact with the food but none of them were wearing gloves. AND for all of this I had to wait over 20 minutes!!!
