KFC

This place is a disaster very rude in the phone someone cussed me out and threatened me. I ordered three times from Uber and got canceled with no explanation. Unacceptable since they know my name and address I feel uncomfortable. They guy in this place should be fired.

I am giving one star just because zero or minus 1 isnt an option. I placed my order at 9:40pm and at 10:30pm it was canceled without an explanation. I then placed it again and called the restaurant but nobody picked up, so I called the customer service number and at 11pm finally somebody picked and guess what, she told me the second order was canceled too. Why? She didnt know, of course. So here I am, almost 11:30pm, with no food and almost no other options because by now everyone is closed. I finally know what being hangry feels like and trust me, unless you like going to bed upset and having your night ruined, avoid KFC, at least this location. Oh well, on a positive note, Ill look a lot leaner tomorrow morning

Didn't like it. The cashier was rude and had a attitude. The chicken wasn't the same. The chicken was small like the size of a Cornish Hen. I don't know what's going on there at 707 Lenox Ave but that's not the Colonel recipe. I don't know who doing the cooking there..I know how KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN TASTE LIKE IM FROM N.C. AND THIS STORE 707 LENOX AVE ISNT IT. PLEASE MAKE IT RIGHT.NO SEASON..MY CHURCH MEMBERS COMES HERE ON SUNDAY AFTER CHURCH AND THEY WERE ALSO DISAPPOINT. BRING BACK THE CHICKEN WE LOVE *KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN..THE COLONEL. THANK YOU. UNTIL THEN WE WILL TAKE OUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. GOD BLESS..GOD KNOWS AND SEE ALL

Twice in as many days I've made orders from this location on UberEats that were cancelled without any explanation. Worse, both of these cancellations happened OVER A HOUR after making the initial order. Order generally take longer than the initial estimate but since they eventually arrive and are usually correct I ignored it. (I read reviews saying this place in understaffed but I've never physically been there). If you're understaffed, i get it. But leaving folks hungry and cancelling orders after such a long period of time is unacceptable business practice.

So I was out last night driving during Halloween hours for take out food. I decided on KFC chicken because I knew it would be satisfying...Wrong@ I went to this location 145th & Lenox which I've been to several times in the past and the food was great. But tonight the wait was long & chicken horrible. I guess I had the original but it was TASTELESS. Could not tell I was eating KFC at all! Glad I only ordered 2 a piece. Really want to return and ask them what are they NOT adding to the fried chicken it needed help. Kept my receipt also think I may stop there today. Soo DISAPPOINTING TO SPEND MONEY & NOT BE HAPPY! 2 stars for being open & having food that's all.
