CFSC Checks Cashed Audubon

I was given such excellent service at this location. I had to cash a $5.500 check was double endorsed and stamped by chase bank, but chose not to deposit it with chase due to a excessive check hold. First I went to CFSC on Fordham road by bath gate and they treated me so horrible. Questioning me excessively as if it were a fraudulent check. Had me wait around an hour to tell me it cannot be verified. Mind you this is a check issued by the City of New York. So I decided to try the CFSC at 319 Audubon Avenue, in Washington Heights. The girl at the window her name is Gissell was an absolute gem! So polite and went above and beyond with out me even having to ask her to. She needed extra approval instead of turning me away she says she is going to escalate my situation and get assistance from her supervisor who was also an absolute gem! They kept in contact with me , and a day later we’re able to finally reach my check issuer for verification. I am so appreciative and grateful for Gisell and her supervisors due diligence in handling my complicated transaction. They are an absolute asset to CFSC and deserve raises/promotions they do their job and they do it well exceeding my expectations I’m very impressed. This will be my go to check cashing location for any future needs!
