(Translated by Google) We asked the GACC Legal Desk for help regarding a debt collection case. Although the GACC legal team tried very hard, the results did not live up to our expectations. The GACC only writes reminder letters, but is no longer available if a court case arises. This can also be read on the GACC website. Every debtor therefore knows that he need not be afraid of the GACC. If the reminders - as in our case - remain unsuccessful, you get a list of law firms from the GACC, but this list is worthless because it only contains the law firms that you know anyway. The fees of around 5% of the claim to be collected are too high for this service. We can therefore not recommend the debt collection service of the GACC and advise you to hire a special lawyer (debt collector) right from the start.

Wir haben den Legal Desk der GACC wegen eines Inkassofalls um Hilfe gebeten. Obwohl das Legal Team der GACC sehr bemht war, entsprachen die Ergebnisse nicht unseren Erwartungen. Fr diesen Service sind die Gebhren in Hhe von ca. 5% der einzutreibenden Forderung zu hoch. Wir knnen den Inkasso-Service der GACC deshalb nicht empfehlen und raten dazu gleich von Anfang an einen Spezialanwalt (Debt Collector) zu beauftragen.
