Max was extremely helpful during my time at this store a few weeks ago. My previous iPhone broke and he walked me through all of my options for replacement and new plans. I originally had issues with another store and with the insurance company over the phone but my experience with Max was the exact opposite. I highly recommend seeking him out for any assistance as he's really knowledgeable and helpful.

I left Spectrum yesterday really aggravated at the person that was so rudely helping me and in the spot decided I was switching back to Verizon. The gentleman that helped me at Verizon, Angel, was so amazing! Clear, precise, helpful, sweet and walked me thru everything! An entirely different experience than Spectrum! So happy I came here today!!! This man deserves a raise!!! **** I would like to edit this review to give this man and company NO STARS. I am in my second billing cycle and for a phone that was going to cost me 27 cents per month with my trade in of an iPhone 12 and a trade in of a 2 year watch for a new $5 per month new SE, I have now been billed over $600 in the first 2 months of owning my phone and watch. I just dont know whats going on and I am going back to Spectrum just as soon as I can. I was sold a bill of goods, and from being very happy, I am totally miserable.

This place sucks. Patrick is a bully! Go to a real Verizon store instead of an authorized retailer. Theyd rather lose a customer than be helpful
