        Went in to inquire about a trade-in issue with Best Buy; they were incredibly helpful despite not being able to process the trade-in given it was through Best Buy. Provided a box/shipping tools so that the ~week wait could be avoided.

        Xing was incredibly helpful and extremely friendly and serviceable. Was able to help us with what we needed and more, and we had a wonderful experience at the 260 Canal Street location. Would recommend going to this location for anyone in the city who needs assistance with AT&T!
