I contacted this company to inquire about couch and mattress cleaning services. The customer rep asked for my type of sofa/bed and zip code and then put me on hold. After sometime, I noticed he never returned back to the call, so I called back again further inquiring about the price. The rep became very annoyed and seemed reluctant to want to give me a price. After giving me a ball park figure, I asked what the final price might be, he then stated that he couldn't give me an exact price without seeing the couch (although I could have sent a video or pictures). It was apparent that the rep was not interested servicing me. His attitude was off-putting and unprofessional. He could have simply stated that he didn't service my area instead of making me feel bad for inquiring in the first place. Treat your customers how you want your customers to treat your business. I do not recommend!
