The last time Oriental Rug Cleaning New York cleaned our rugs, they made the effort to make sure they didn't track in sand, snow, or other particles that are common around here in the winter. I know this is a minor detail, but it just goes to show how willing they are to go above and beyond for their customers. They treat my home as if it's their own, and they clean my rugs as if they are going to be the ones enjoying them later on.
