Thank you for making my kilim rug immaculate! It hasnt looked this good since it came out of the store. Actually, it looks better than it did. I don't know how this is possible, but I can't deny what I see right now.

Since my sheepskin rug has been thoroughly cleaned, my dog (Bentley) sleeps on it for hours a day. Im pleased that my rug is serving as his comfortable bed. It doesn't even smell bad. That's pretty incredible! And if it ever does get smelly, I'll just get NYC Rug Repair to come back and clean it again. I know they will!

My silk rug is 200 years old, and it's straight out of Beijing. I don't want to put a price tag on it, but it costs close to the price of a modern luxury car. Since its such a high-value item, I only let professionals handle it, and the professionals I trust with my rug are at this company. They've been cleaning my silk rug for many years, and I've never had an issue. They follow my directions closely and they make sure theyre careful the minute my silk rug leaves my home. I would be devastated if my rug got destroyed, and they know this; that's why they work so hard for me. I love these professional silk rug cleaners!

What a terrific rug cleaning company. Definitely better than the one I was using before. These guys got all the stains out of my oriental rug, and now I can enjoy this rug once again. I was hiding it because it was so ugly, but now it's in a position of prominencewhere it belongs. Awesome!
