Manhattan Rugs

Manhattan Rugs came through for me big time after another NYC rug cleaning service backed out at the last minute. I'm pleased I ended up getting cleaning done by Manhattan Rugs instead of the other company. My friend used the other company a couple weeks back, and he's still complaining about how they nearly ruined his oriental rug completely. I know if they ruined my rug, I would've freaked out!

Im overjoyed! I didn't have to throw out my 50-year-old Chilean rug, and I have Manhattan Rugs alone to thank for this. Not only are these rug cleaners great at cleaning rugsthey also know how to deliver top-notch customer service consistently. Moreover, they communicated well the entire time they had my rug at their shop. Plus, pickup and delivery were both convenient. I don't see myself hiring anyone else when I need rug cleaning done the way I want. These experts know how to make a rug connoisseur happy.

While I hate to admit it, I must say that I've tried the competition, and all the competition is inadequate when measured against Manhattan Rugs. I see this as somebody who has no interest in promoting a business that isn't any good, as I don't believe in promoting inefficiency. Whats clear as day to me is that the fine folks at Manhattan Rugs care about their work quality, and that's why they're able to do a great job consistently. I hope they stay around for many more years, and I'm quite confident they will (judging by what I've seen so far).

In my opinion, as far as rug cleaning companies go, Manhattan Rugs is the model. I can't see how any other NYC rug cleaning company could measure up.
