This uneducated security guard by the name of Narendra Sookraj, asked me if I had a card to identify my service dog. Lmao. His wife got theirs online. I'm sorry we are too smart to fall for the scam your wife fell into (maybe they are the one pretending to have a service dog) Please educate your security guards.. I KNOW THEY ARE NOT COLLEGE GRADUATES, basic ADA accommodations should count as a basic requirement especially if you are working in a world class hospital like MSK. He is not working for Payless in the Bronx, have some class and stop harassing disabled people.

Virtually worthless for me.  It was suggested I come here because for some reason Sloan Kettering had A hard time with me because I was incensed that we were kept waving 16 to 17 hours a day at their lovely outpatient infusion center. My husband has stage four cancer and this was extremely stressful and unhealthy for him to be put in the situation of constant waiting for a blood draw then sometimes 3 to 4 hours for a doctors appointment and then hopefully a chemo treatment room was available and the lines didn't constantly get clogged every five minutes And I had to spend the majority of my time looking for a nurse who was suddenly nowhere in sight because she had eight other rooms to work in And could  never seem to get back to our room to unclog his line so a two hour treatment became a three hour treatment every single week. So obviously this made me crazy pissed off and even more stressed than I already was. It was suggested by the staff at Sloan that I go to the counseling center, so I did, and told them the above and basically told me that I have to except it, that this is part of having cancer and blah blah blah blah blah and defended every single item noted above.  They " understood " my concern.  Totally valueless just like every other part of their hospital.  Oh, and i should go to counseling while my husband is having his treatment. Really?  Who is going to help him when he's got clogged lines and the nurses are no where in sight?   Totally useless and clueless.   As unknowlegable  and in compassionate as the ridiculous oncologist DO NOT WATE YOUR TIME
