        The Bendheim Center is a warm, inviting space with many integrative medicine services.  Most important for me, as a cancer patient, is the exercise class for men which is run by Donna Wilson, and oncology nurse turned exercise/fitness guru.  Donna workouts alongside all the guys, pushing them to perform their personal best appropriate to their current health status.  She is a warm, compassionate and dedicated instructor who is incredibly knowledgeable about all things related to exercise physiology and motivation.  The staff at the reception desk are also very kind, friendly and welcoming.  I come all the way from Connecticut to attend these classes whenever I can.

        A wonderful place.  Best kept secret in NY.  It's a beautiful space and the exercise classes are top notch.  Donna is a dedicated, talented exercise teacher.  The massages are great and had good acupuncture there as well.
