        Poor customer service on the phone and in the store. Additionally, the inventory management results in frequent out of stick situations. I have seen much better performance in REI stores in Colorado and California. I have been a REI member for 37 years, I don't recall a store ever being thus bad.

        Nice setup, though most of them I want to purchase were locked up on security tags. Clearly, they have theft issues It's not a good experience to be asking to try on a coat on these days - passed

        All I wanted to do was buy some pants. When I went to try them on the man who was opening the dressing room for me wouldnt stop trying to sell me a membership, even after telling him I wasnt interested. He became so insistent I gave up & ended up just going to Patagonia to buy what I wanted.
