The staff here do not look happy working for Panera and this shows in the service
Of this place. Ive had several issues with this branch but its the closest to my office and I have a coffee subscription plan so I have no choice but to come here. One time I was given coffee that was bitter but it was not worth heading back (its a 10-minute walk each way from my office). Another time my order was filled late and this mattered because I have a short lunch break. I have given my number after I wrote a feedback but I am not able to take calls during work and when I called back, the person (Gina) who called was not around and I left my number for a call back. She never did. Im writing this review only now because I dont want to sound whiney especially in these times. But because customer service does not seem to exist for Panera, well, heres my review. Not going back after my subscription ends. Addendum (5/12/2022) I choked on my coffee today because it had unfiltered grounds.

At this branch of Panera Bread, the crowd management seems to be lacking. I experienced wait time of >30 minutes for my order to be prepared. Estimated wait time for an order should be indicated. The sandwich was mediocre. I guess this is because of long list of orders.

Awful experience. Bad crew with the wrong attitude. Almost all the orders from customers before me were wrong. I asked for a egg/bacon/cheese sandwich and the only hot thing was the bread.
The place was super dirty, tables with trays and leftovers and no one to clean.
Don't come. Even Starbucks is a better option.

Yes Im out here leaving a review for a Panera because the people here work HARD and you can tell they are doing their best to get the orders out and get them out right! I was there yesterday and two women specifically at the rapid pickup area were working very hard, double checking orders, going out of their way to make sure no one was waiting too long. Great experience and great employees :)

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Ordering through their app is easy and efficient. Choose your pickup time, arrive at the cafe and your order is waiting for you, what can be easier? (FYI: at peak lunch time the pickup area does get hectic)
