They came to do repairs after a leak. The service could have been more professional. There were a lot of no show appointments. The work plan was not well communicated. And a mop disappeared from my closet.

We were unfortunately the recipients of a large amount of water and smoke damage - due to a building fire on W17th. Our 3 week old office was in need of immediate help. Led by Michael Clark, they descended upon us en masse - and I have to say - we are back in business in less than a week. His team led by Jason and John were truly exceptional. They put us back together and you cannot tell there was a fire, water damage, or a mini-disaster.
