Pronovias New York - Wedding Dresses

I had a great experience not only finding my dress but having it ready on time! My consultant Jenneffer was able to find the dress I wanted even if it was at another store; and the manager Maria was amazing providing follow up and making sure I was able to bring the dress back with me on time! She made sure my fitting and alterations went well and right on time! They even helped me find a veil! I would recommend this store and staff Also, the staff is bilingual; para todas mis hispanas es un gran plus poder ser atendida en espaol! Estas en buenas manos con Mara!

I found my dream dress in Pronovias and said yes to it! Fatima was very professional and helpful. She tried to listen carefully whats my preference for the style and brought the dresses for me right away. I picked mine among them eventually! Cant be happier than this & want to sincerely appreciate for my stylist. The store was also pretty and beautiful. Recommended

One of the most amazing experiences I have had at a store. The most size inclusive options to try on. Destiny was so bubbly and happy to help in any way. The only thing I was unhappy with was the size of the robe was extremely too small. However, the manager of the store did assure me that she was actively working on getting larger size robes and dresses for better inclusivity. I would buy all my clothes in that store, with that team, if I could because it made me feel that good.

Although I didnt end up buying my dress here I highly recommend this place and my stylist Sharon. Shes very patient, knowledgeable, compassionate, and lovely. Shes just incredible. I tried maybe like 10 dresses and shes so willing to help me with all that and her recommendations are so helpful. The only reason I couldnt buy any dress home was because all the dresses available are in size 10 and up. I am a size 2 or 4 and my wedding is 3 months away. There isnt enough time to buy a made to order smaller size and itll cost too much to size down a 10. Nonetheless, its a great place to shop, if youre a small size like me just make sure you arrange your appointment as early as possible.

I cannot begin to explain how personable, comfortable, and exciting my experience at Pronovias was. We were greeted by Maria, who made sure throughout the process that we were satisfied and comfortable! Karina was my stylist and she was so kind, helpful, and patient from the start to finish of my appointment. She made sure I did not make a decision without trying on the top contenders multiple times. They also let me walk through the store to make sure I did not miss any dress I loved. I brought my mom and sister with me and we truly felt like it was an experience and not just a potential sale. My curvy size did not matter here which was also so important to me and I was able to try on most to all dresses I originally loved. The dresses at Pronovias are also BEAUTIFUL, so it was a difficult decision, but I am so happy to say that by the end of the appointment, I found the one! Thank you so much Karina and Maria
