Hello Tech is a "RIP OFF" I requested service the representative gave me a price to do the job - After the job was completed I found on my bank account that they charged me MORE ON MY CREDIT CARD than the quoted and agreed to price. There was no call from the company regarding additional charges or communication from the company. After my call now they are spending per them 2 days to research this instead of replying to me. A total RIP OFF !!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would the independent contractor that came out was great but this company is a scam the tech installed doorbells for me which have a factory charge and worked for an hour then were no longer getting electricity due to needing a new transformer. So I paid them 152 to install 2 doorbells that worked for an hour and they consider that successful service. After a second tech came out they stated hello tech doesn't allow them to fix this type of issue so they are totally useless hire a professional and pay them directly. Don't let Xfinity or anyone talk you into using their services.

Horrid service ! We asked for two techs waited days for and one guy shows up and cannot complete the service request and leaves and was unbelievably rude because we were upset. Stay away from this company !!!!!!!!

sooth saying: constantly telling me what other supervisors will say. refused to escalate my request. constant arguing employee. garbage customer service. meanwhile dogs barking in the background in this hellotechs apartment. UNPROFESSIONAL and USELESS update: now theyre pestering me with texts asking me to review their service call.
