Logos Bookstore

Had a good experience here, met the love of my life here his name is Joe:) Very nice and intelligent guy. He showed me around the city and we read Ozma of OZ together.

I think I have been visiting here for 33 years and I still found my wife a new Madeleine L'Engle book when we were in here recently. There is an eclectic but great collection of books across a range of genres. Many of the books you will not find in other stores in the city, so this also makes it more unique. Visit this place just to say hi to the cats if nothing else.

I took a trip to NYC and had a list of places I wanted to visit, including the Logos bookstore. I had heard about it because one of my favorite shows was filmed there. We ventured inside the store, and an old man stood behind the counter. The first thing I noticed was a stench of cat urine, and trash was piled up in the back of the store. I tried to make common conversation with the old man by talking about how You had been filmed there. He proceeded to insult me and told me use my brain and that I didnt have any braincells. And to proceed further he said I was stupid and that a show is filmed in a studio and that my ancestors are disappointed in me. He was very rude and unpleasant. It even showed that that bookstore was the one used to film parts of the series. I do not recommend going due to the poor service and straight up unkindness.
