Very Big Mistake! Don't waste your money & time not even for emergencies. I'm a long time customer of them, they are quick to take your money! The store policy needs to be printed on receipt. If not they will not tell you the store policy. They do not take returns on items tried once. I purchased a Moroccanoil product and it did not take well on my hair type. I asked for an exchange they said no! I asked for a refund they said no! I called the manufacturer they said no! I am now reporting them to the BBB. They're Price gouging ripping off consumers. 300% profit for this Beauty Trend Group. I paid $26 for a 5.8pz Beach wave mousse. It's plaster for curly hair. It's hard to wash out. Good luck. I have natural curly hair but want beach style hair in the summer.
