Nelly gave me an amazing scalp detox, keratin, and hair cut. She is a hair goddess. She truly cares about her clients and the health of their hair. I have been to so many Salons in the city and in SoHo, no one compares to Nelly. She will transform your hair and you will not regret it. It is not worth it to me to see any one else any more because she is exceptional. Her technique is different than any one elses. In NYC she is the best- seriously. Just book to see her. I originally found Happy Hair NYC while searching for Botox hair treatment on TikTok, and after looking through her videos and website, I was convinced she will provide a different experience for me and my hair, and I was not wrong!. After a 30 min phone consultation where Nelly throughly went over the hair treatments, I quickly booked my appointment since I have never had someone take so much interest on my hair type, products I currently use, and how to properly manage my hair. When I arrived at the location we sat down and went over everything hair care related and she explained what would be the best solution to help my hair become its best version. She did a scalp detox, a customized complex repair mask and several different other masks to help restore my hair from a level 4 damage to a level 2 before proceeding to do a keratin treatment. The whole process took about 7 hours!!! Which is a big difference from the 2 hour keratin treatments that I have gotten in the past which destroyed my hair!. My hair is smooth, frizz-free and feels so much stronger which should help with any breakage. She went over a hair care plan to make sure my hair continues to excel and she recommended some products to help achieve that. Nelly is amazing and super knowledgeable about her craft! I would go to her from now on!. No regrets!!

Nelly is the greatest hair stylist Ive known. My hair is super smooth. I would recommend her 100%. She is definitely the best. I had a really curly hair, and now my hair is super straight and smooth, girls!!! This is the place to do your keratin treatments thank you Nelly, you are the best!

Its so hard finding someone you can trust when getting HairBotox or Keratin. I am SO happy with my results and glad I found Nelly. My hair is curly/wavy and hard to manage and style. I got the Botox treatment and after washing my hair for the first time my hair was noticeably smoother and didnt tangle - I am beyond happy! My hair isnt frizzy anymore. Nelly genuinely cares about your hair and her services are 100% worth the investment. Ill definitely be coming back!
