I normally get my hair cut by Tyler, but since he was out, I opted to get a cut from Franky instead. I was impressed by the consistency of experience from barber to barber! I think my cut was perfect, given how my hair looked when I walked in. Great work!

I had Ro take care of me on a Saturday afternoon. Ro was a great throughout the entire experience, from the initial greeting to my departure. He listened to what I had in mind for my hair and gave his thought process for the options I chose. Hes a good conversationalist and does well in greeting customers, which I found particularly nice. Finally, he offered to show me how to style my hair step by step. And of course, the result was great; thanks, Ro!

I originally heard about 12 Pell on TikTok. I visited for the first time and saw Franky Chu! I had looked up the different barbers and loved his cuts.
Not only was he super friendly and chatted with me about what I wanted but he also offered a lot of really good suggestions and I loved my cut. Ill be going back to him from now on!
