Bartenders are very nice, great vibe. But, the bouncers are aggressive and will act confrontational when there is no major issue.

I found this place on pulsd and that's how I tried them but service was horrible we had to get up like ten times to place our orders at the bar... no one greeted us when we walked in. I had the chopped cheese with fries not good fries tasted old and burnt mean while the bartender lady was eating behind the bar fresh fries and wings.... my friend had the fried chicken sandwich with fries and her fries were also burnt and her chicken was overcooked and dried and they still thought they deserved the right to charge a 20% gratuity for horrible food and service. I originally went there because my friend said they were good. The manager looks like he drinks all day. When the bartender brought us the food she didn't ask if we wanted ketchup or bbq sauce for our food, she gave us no utensils and no napkins we had to get up every single time and walk to the bar to constantly ask for all of this..when she brought us our drinks before the food she said to us that the napkins and straws are at the bar and to grab it ourselves if we need it... never again.... but my drinks were nice and if I would ever go back it would be for a quick drink only because my drinks did taste good. Whats even more said about this horrible service and food we were the only people sitting at a table the rest of the 4 people in there were sitting at the bar and there was no vibe..
