        E.T. (no names to be mentioned), alleged business 'banker', provided the worst customer experience. The literal lack of service (none was provided since I walked out after 35 min of being left unattended) and the incompetence (no one else could help) are particularly disappointing for a branch at a world-class street address.

        ATM only open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Google hours showing 24 hours is not accurate. On weekends and nights I'm forced to use the Citi at Duane Reade and incur a $6.50 total fee. All Chase ATM''s in the area are not accessible outside banking hours. Chase said this is to prevent vagrants camping, but will NOT waive ATM fees if you are forced to use non Chase ATM's. They are raking in fees.

        Fix the card scanner to allow after hour visitors to the branch. For those of us who cant make it here during business hours its imperative that this is working and its been MONTHS (speaking personally from my own experience) since i first noticed. You guys sleeping???
