We made an appointment online and when we showed up, the guy they assigned our appointment to doesnt actually work on the weekends. So why does their online system allow for this? Extremely frustrating. Had to wait 45 mins with others in front of us, regardless of appointments or not. The staff onsite was accommodating, nice and patient. But jeez, fix your reservation system!

Best Bank, and Best Branch of Citizens Bank. Kash the manager is always helpful in all my banking needs from credit cards to a new accounts he always guides me in the right direction and to the right team member who all are great and obviously well trained by him. Example: Kash found mistakes another branch made on my account without me even knowing. The Bank is really fortunate to have Kash and his team.

The customer service I experienced here at this branch in dealing with my account was exemplary. Benjamin stayed after closing just to help me, and I truly appreciate his patience and kindness in answering all of my questions and making sure he addressed all of my concerns. He went above and beyond, and his knowledgeable and solutions-based approach showcased what sets this bank apart from the rest!
