Chase Bank

I have three accounts with Chase including a sapphire reserve card (their highest level). I went to get cash and needed to use the bathroom. They wouldnt let me! I understand they dont want random people off the street but if youre a customer they should let you

Interesting, once inside theres a coffee bar attached to the bank lobby right next doorkinda gaybut whatever? Its a nice location.

Angelo (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) was incredibly helpful. I needed something notarized and he was able to not only help me out with setting it up, but took the time to attempt to get to know me in the process and provide a more personalized experience. It just so happened, I ended up needing a second document notarized and came back and he remembered me. This Chase has the best customer service of any location I've visted. Since then, I make it a point to go out of my way to this branch. Thank you Chase and especially Angelo for continued excellence in service at this location.
