I don't know which is worse, their customer service or blatant incompetence. Two years after refinancing with them, we re-financed again with another more competent bank (which would be any).

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jacsamel Materon at this branch. She is amazing! Jacsamel is exemplary. The responsiveness and attention to detail is exceptional. She not only provides wonderful customer service, she goes above and beyond! It is always a pleasure to work with her! This is how banks should treat their clients and she exceeds all expectations!

I was a client of City National in Studio City , California for many years both for business and personal accounts. They became my “ bank family”. When I relocated to New York in 2018 I immediately looked up City National. Fortuitously I found the 1140 Ave of Americas Branch . The customer service there is impeccable!!! . Jacquie the Branch Manager , and her associates Jason and Denny have offered the best in courteous client services. Especially during the Covid crisis they have upped the banking game with impressive and pleasant Customer care. I heartily recommend them for all your banking needs. They give all new meaning to “ SERVICE WITH a SMILE”
