Pretty bad location. I was given bad information by the bank manager which led to me losing thousands of dollars in fees. Wouldn't recommend this location

This branch has absolutely the best customer service in NYC! It seemed like it took forever for this branch to open. It was well worth the wait!

When you are in a service-oriented industry, first impressions are everything. During my first visit to the First Republic - Canal Street branch, it was very impressive. As I first walked in, I was greeted by Grace Yang, she is a true professional and provided exceptional service. If you want someone who is honest, transparent, attentive to detail, and most of all "accessible" - she is your go-to person. No matter how big or small the questions are, Grace was with me all the way. For folks who want to know more or want to bank with First Republic Bank, I highly recommend you speak with Grace Yang first!
