They find ANY reason not to work & say that everything is against policies & essentially refer you to (a) Customer Service Phone Line, (b) Another Branch- typically that WILL DO what they WON'T (c) Another Bank

For a long term TD Bank customer, I am extremely disappointed with this branch. It is seriously under staff, I waited more than a hour to talk to a customer representative to get what I need. I won’t come to this branch in the future.

TD Bank is the WORST bank you could possibly imagine.
They blocked my card so many times saying it is for the security and when you call, they asking so many quesitons about the transaction and other detila questions you could not Possibly answer even thought I answer all the questions while looking at my account, they still can not verify. While you travel, if you only have TD bank card, you will be in big trouble casue they will block it and you wont be able to reopen by phone.

I went today to ask for help i canot log in, i wanted to close my accounts and go to other bank. But when i entered i approached the teller and told about my problem and that I wanted to switch the bank he was so nice and very professional he offered me help. First time in this Bank someone was willing to really help me and fix this issue. He changed my mind about this Bank and about closing my accounts.
