        They have dog treats and lollipops but no public bathroom and no decency to help a cardholder who’s suffering out with at least directions to the closest one.

        I have used the ATMs many times, but I went in for the first time today. Dylan was very helpful. I didn't have to wait at all and my issue was handled in a few minutes without issue. It was clean and everyone was professional. There is a nice sitting area too.

        I tried to get change of a $20 bill and they wouldn’t give me because I wasn’t a TD customer. My mistake, but after waiting on a line for five minutes, bad customer service anyway. Chase bank then did it for me without asking any questions.
