        If there were a ranking for zero stars, that would be appropriate for this branch. The most unhelpful employees of Chase bank. Its worth walking a few blocks to get to a different Chase branch.

        Horrible. Both me and my husband came to Chase to open business accounts, and had to come back several times because each time we needed something that we werent originally told wed need. Waste of time. How difficult is it to email a checklist BEFORE the appointment??

        The manager must have a degree in shaming people who come to him for help. Hes an expert. The teller was lovely, but the manager was only good at making me feel awful about an already tough situation.
