sold a bag sent it via Swiss Post with receipt provided buyer claimed he never got the bag grailed froze my account buyer has multiple bad reviews, I had 5* all the way grailed never really had a conversation with me even though I can provide everything kind of a joke and really disappointed in Grailed

I sold a limited item on the site from balenciaga. It was an erewhon x balenciaga bottle. When arrived to the buyers house he made a claim the bottle was broken to me, then I asked for pictures of the broken glass. Which he never did. Instead he did a claim to grail, provided few images that show that there was only a leak, no broken glass whatsoever. Grailed refunded him. They dont want to go back and reopen the case now that I put them in front of their mistake and that me and them are getting scammed. I flagged the buyer, sent multiple emails. Nothing. This company doesnt care about claims, customers, Sellers and laws apparently. There is going to be repercussions and I wont let myself fooled this way. I suggest them to reach out asap.

Grailed takes zero real responsibility in the process and too many fraudsters active. They take no real responsibility in the process at all. In case of problems with the goods, or fraud, you have to deal with PayPal yourself - moreover, it can happen that suddenly the seller no longer exists, with a transaction still in progress - that's unbelievable! in a nutshell: using e.g. ebay is ultimately just as "safe" and costs just as much time. Problems must be escalated also via PayPal. Too bad, the app actually looks cool, but that's not enough considering the risks and consequences

I personally know several fashion fiends and Grailed enthusiast that shop for sustenance and were either were sold fake merchandise or punished and exterminated for requesting a seller to ship to a new address since they were traveling. Against my better judgment I attempted some purchases for a few collectors item Im acquiring and low and behold they were all fake and not in new condition, as described with missing tags which devalues the items. Grailed just throws their hands up and sends you the PayPal resolution steps and youre left to your one accord to try to return and get a refund amd delgate with trashy unprofessional sellers. Better off on other resale platforms that respect authenticity and etiquette. They dont even have a person to take your calls.
