Working with Diane at CarePatrol has been a lifesaver. Navigating New York's endless and often underwhelming (or worse) skilled nursing providers is almost impossible without a knowledgeable guide. Diane quickly helped us located the right facility for my father who needed quality long term care and had financial restraints. She was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and intelligently. Beyond the providing the right placement advice, Diane has continued to be involved, checking in regularly with me and my father's facility as an advocate for us as his health care needs evolve. Her approach has been truly above and beyond from day one and I am grateful to have met her.

We were referred to Care Patrol, specifically Diane T., by our mothers neurologists department. We had just learned she was diagnosed with cognitive decline and were at a loss as to what our next steps should be as far as finding the appropriate long-term care for her. Diane listened to our concerns and offered incredible advice when we were completely overwhelmed and panicked about the diagnosis. We are forever grateful to Diane and the folks at Care Patrol for helping us find the perfect place for our mother. Diane went on multiple tours of the facility with us, answered all our questions, and helped us navigate the application process. She also helped us strategize how to have the emotional discussion about the move with our parents. My siblings and I are so relieved to know our parents are in a place where they are safe and getting the care they need. Diane and the Care Patrol team are angels.
