The Art Studio NY

We had a corporate event for my firm hosted by The Art Studio NY. The founder and her team did an excellent job running us through previous events with similar organizations. We ended up having Peter and Clem as the instructors for our watercolor event. It was hybrid with over 50 participants from across the U.S. It couldnt have been more perfect. The instructors fostered a welcoming and calm environment that really got attendees into their element. Highly recommend! Were looking forward to working with this fabulous local business again soon.

Great experience, we're booking another one again. Hired them for a media and press event. Rebecca the founder holds a space so well and guides with ease, joy and excitement. We loved it!

The Art studio has been inspiring me for a year now. I am so much enjoying the drawing classes and the ones at the MET. I only drew stick figures before working- now I am supported and helped by talented and compassionate instructors. Each teacher brings his or her own approach and technique- you can learn to draw apples in so many ways, always an unexpected and shocking moment. Amazing. Who ever thought I'd be able to draw portraits! The moment you can say, wow I never thought I could do this is the moment of profound self realization. That eureka second when you have surprised yourself. Priceless! Thank you Art Studio for your support, for the love and encouragement your teachers offer with no pressure or judgement. It really is drawing without fear. I will keep taking classes until I can still stand! Blessings.

We had such a wonderful experience with the Art Studio, taking a private family class in Central Park! We only had two days in the city and had a set itinerary and Kaspar was so communicative and flexible in setting up the specific day and time that I had open. He was also generous in doing a zoom meeting to discuss what we wanted to get out of the class and where we wanted to do it, also considering back up plans at a museum if weather didnt cooperate (but luckily it did). Our instructor/artist, Clem, was very understanding when we were a few minutes late and had the perfect set up with a beautiful view for us to paint and even a sax musician was playing in the background. It was magical. Clem was super sweet with my two daughters (age 8 and 11) and did a great job keeping us on pace but also allowing us to spend time being creative and adding our own touches to our paintings. We loved our masterpieces and this will be a memory we always cherish! Thank you so much, Clem, Kaspar and the Arts Studio!
