I purchased an Aroma 360 and loved it. The scent California love is remarkable. Two years is the life span of this $300 diffuser. They offered me an upgrade for $99 while on line, I could get it for free with a subscription for $69.90 for the oil and shipping. Love the product - strongly dislike the company's policies which have to be carried out by lovely customer service agents. No Bueno peeps. If you are OK with basically renting a machine then go ahead and purchase.

Do not be fooled by them, it's an expensive lesson to learn. I purchased several car defusers as Christmas gifts and 1 for myself of course. The diffuser units are $100 each and the oils are around $40-45. My diffuser unit doesn't work properly after only 1 month and I rarely drive, as I work from home. The oils order came without the wick needed to diffuser the oil, on more than one occasions. When inquiring, you'll get a response almost immediately, it's a scripted response! Then you'll get what appears to be someone trying to be helpful asking for pictures. Afterwards you'll be going back and forward for days. I'm basically going to scap the unit and cut my losses. My issues are not limited to the car diffuser, I just don't have anymore energy to dedicate to Aroma360.

Became a customer during the Christmas Season of 2023 and already, I hate this company. I received an automatic shipment by surprise and when I returned it, the refused to credit my CC account. If you can't rely and good business practices to succeed you just might be employing predatory tactics. By refusing to credit me, you're telling me that you don't trust that I will remain a customer based on my experience. I don't recommend this company. You have plenty of choices. Let my sharing my experience prevent you from making the same mistake.
