I recently needed a couple of maintenance items taken care of in my apartment. I made the request o. My app and before I knew it they were done. The staff communicated with me, came to my apartment when it was convenient for me and as always did a great job with a smile!

Sept-2023 EDIT: After 2 years (me) and 7 years (my girlfriend) living in this building, I unfortunately have to lower the rating from 5 stars to 3. While the doormen are still great and the building itself has good amenities, there are 2 main factors that have changed. First, the location has degraded significantly in the past year. There are a LOT of homeless people (some of them aggressive) and drug users right outside the building and the nearby areas at all times. I get that this is outside the building's control but people looking to move here should know this. Second, and most importantly, the management company leaves a lot to be desired. We found out thru Streeteasy + speaking with neighbors that we're paying at least 15% more than every other 1-BR unit in the building (some units on adjacent floors are paying 25% less!). However, on lease renewal, the management company wanted to raise our rent and declined to negotiate with us even after we showed evidence that we're overpaying relative to the market, the neighborhood, and other tenants in the same building. Keep in mind that in 2 years (me) and 7 years (my girlfriend) we've never received a complaint and we get along really well with all the doormen, personnel, and the super. It's kind of sad (since we get along with everyone) but we'll just have to move at the end of the current lease since, financially, it makes no sense to stay.
