Stayed in midtown and the unit was perfect. Check in was a breeze and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay.
The furniture was very modern and its great to have utilities taken care of. Cant wait for my next stay.

Stayed at an apartment in Thomson street in the heart of Soho. The apartments central locale coupled with the amenities in the vicinity made my stay enjoyable. The apartment was very clean and well equipped for long and short term stays. Very nice touch the personalised box with treats.

Do NOT use this company. I'm a single woman who rented an expensive apartment in the West Village for a month, and after staying there just a few days, workers walked into the apartment at 11pm with their own key with no warning as I was about to get into bed. They proceeded to tear the bathroom apart looking for a leak - all my belongings were damaged (see images) and Blueground did nothing for days as I lived with this mess, had to stay in hotels on my own dime and was unable to use the shower or bathroom in the place I rented. When I got the clear to "move back in" the bed was covered ijn blodd and when I lifted the blanket to see what it was , a giant rat jumpred out at me and hid under the couch. Needless to say I left the place and never went back. I had to stay with family for the remainder of my time and Blueground is refusing to give me a refund for this trip.
Warning - stay FAR away from this company. They are terrible.

When things work reasonably well, this is a great way of staying. Friendly and helpful staff, willing to find solutions to problems.
Drawback: some service requests take a very long time to address -- seems likely due to the outsourcing of the hands-on management of the apartments.
