My roommate and I were able to spend one day looking at apartments and found one that is perfect for us. Nakia from Loftey NY helped us find the perfect apartment for our son who is in law school in NYC.  We were coming from out of town & she managed to set up 8 viewings in one day.  She listened to all our requests in an apartment and took us to see exactly what we asked for.  Before we found Loftey, we worked with a few other realtors but had no luck.  Loftey gets all your information in order before you look so if you find a place you can move on it quickly as the market is tough & if you don't move fast you lose the apartment. I highly recommend them!

Complete marketing sham of a site. I dont remeber ever signing up fro this, but within 48 hours, I received cut and paste emails from LOFTKEY employees (I apparently didnt use a real name when I signed up and their email was addressed to a fake name like
Dear XXXcccDDD
We cant wait to start working with you and cutting thru all the fake listings, as well as telling me about all the great deals that NYC landlords have to do right now because of covid - but in the meantime, the market has been the strongest for landlords in decades.
Anyway, they must also sell your information as well, because I received an unsolicited email from some guy at a firm with a different name, but based off the same data, with the same cut and paste
Anyway, its super easy to navigate the NY real estate market without their false claims and net effective rent schemes, this is probably a great site for someone who is uninformed, from out of town who is desperate for time and can fall victim to their prey

We started to utilize their services but ended up having extremely rude interactions with our agents Nick & Frank. I made very clear descriptions on the location that we wanted but I was brought to 7 buildings that did not fit the location suggested. We had concerns about the reviews from another building and they said we should call the management company ourselves. We asked to see specific buildings but they were strange and were speaking down on Equity management. There is a clear game they are playing and favoring specific buildings or managements. Also there was NO ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS offered by using their service. I would be able to schedule all the viewings or buildings by just calling places up or using google. There was a lack of communication to both my partner. When we informed Loftey we were no longer using their service they were nasty and hung up the phone.
